浙江省梅毒血清学检测室间质量评价调查

Comparison of syphilis serological detection quality among different laboratories in Zhejiang

  • 摘要: 目的 了解浙江省县(区)级以上医疗卫生机构实验室梅毒血清学检测水平,从而促进检测质量持续改进. 方法 制备梅毒血清学质控品发放到各参评机构,要求进行梅毒特异性的试验定性检测和非特异性试验的定性、定量检测,将回报的检测结果进行统计分析. 结果 496家参评机构中优秀470家(94.76%),合格16家(3.22%),不合格10家(2.02%),其中特异性试验的符合率为99.31%,非特异性试验定性、定量检测符合率分别为97.94%和92.62%. 结论 各参评机构梅毒血清学检测整体质量较好,其中特异性试验质量要明显优于非特异性试验,但部分机构特别是妇幼机构的实验室检测能力还有待提高.

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the performance of syphilis serological detection in laboratories of medical institutions above county level in Zhejiang province and provide evidence for the further improvement of syphilis serological detection. Methods Proficiency panel (PP) samples were prepared for the specific detection and non-specific qualitative and quantitative detections of syphilis in different laboratories. Results Among the 496 laboratories involved, 470 were excellent (94.76%), 16 were qualified (3.22%) and 10 were nonqualified (2.02%). The coincidence rate of specific detection was 99.31% and the coincidence rates of non-specific qualitative and quantitative detections were 97.94% and 92.62% respectively. Conclusion The overall quality of syphilis serological detection was high in the laboratories involved in the evaluation. The quality of the specific detection was better than that of non-specific detection, but the detection proficiency in some laboratories needs to be improved, especially those in woman and child care facilities.
