单增李斯特菌1/2c血清型菌株生物膜形成能力的研究

Study on biofilm formation of foodborne Listeria monocytogenes serotype 1/2c strains

  • 摘要: 目的 比较在不同压力条件下,单增李斯特菌1/2c血清型与其他血清型菌株生物膜形成能力,以了解单增李斯特菌1/2c血清型菌株的环境适应能力。方法 采用96孔培养板结晶紫染色法,检测不同温度、不同培养基、不同pH值条件下,单增李斯特菌1/2c血清型与其他血清型菌株的生物膜形成能力。结果 在25 ℃、TSB、10%TSB和pH 7~8条件下,1/2c血清型菌株生物膜形成能力强于其他血清型菌株(P0.05)。结论 在室温、富营养/低营养条件、中性略偏碱性环境中单增李斯特菌1/2c血清型菌株的生物膜形成能力强于其他血清型菌株,提示可能是食源性单增李斯特菌1/2 c血清型菌株分离率较高的原因之一,为该菌的预防控制措施提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To compare the biofilm formation of Listeria monocytogenes serotype 1/2c strains and other serotypes strains under different conditions. Methods By using microplate assay with crystal violet staining, the biofilm formations of L. monocytogenes serotype 1/2c and other serotypes strains under different temperatures, culture mediums and pH conditions were detected. Results L. monocytogenes serotype 1/2c strains formed more biofilm compared with other serotypes strains at 25 ℃ (P0.05). In TSB medium and 10% TSB medium, serotype 1/2c strains showed stronger biofilm formation than other serotype strains (P0.05), and under the condition of pH 7 and pH 8, L. monocytogenes serotype 1/2c strains formed more biofilm than other serotypes strains in culture medium (P0.05). Conclusion Biofilm formation capability of L. monocytogenes serotype 1/2c strains is stronger than that of other serotype L. monocytogenes strains at room temperature, in rich and poor medium and under neutral and alkalescent condition, suggesting the possible reason for high detection rate of L. monocytogenes serotype 1/2c strains in raw meat and food.
