2015年北京市昌平区致泻性大肠埃希菌耐药性及脉冲场凝胶电泳分型研究

Antibiotic resistance and pulsed-field gel electophoresis molecular type of diarrhoeagenic Escherichia coli isolated in Changping district of Beijing,2015

  • 摘要: 目的 了解2015年北京市昌平区致泻性大肠埃希菌耐药状况并对其进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型研究。方法 药敏实验按照美国临床实验室标准化协会(CLSI)推荐的K-B纸片法进行24种抗生素的敏感性分析;PFGE实验参照PulseNet PFGE实验方法。结果 药敏结果显示,致泻性大肠埃希菌对头孢比肟、亚胺培南完全敏感;对阿米卡星、妥布霉素、米诺环素耐药率极高,分别为94.6%、97.3%和97.3%。耐药谱分析显示,致泻性大肠埃希菌同时耐受抗生素种类为2~7种。PFGE分析发现,33株致泻性大肠埃希菌具有31种PFGE带型,菌株之间的相似系数为68.0%~100.0%,其中2株ETEC和2株EPEC有一致的PFGE带型。结论 昌平区引起腹泻的致泻性大肠埃希菌耐受抗生素的种类多、多重耐药严重且PFGE带型呈高度多态性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To understand the pulsed-field gel electophoresis (PFGE) molecular type and antibiotic resistances of diarrhoeagenic Escherichia coli isolated in Changping district of Beijing in 2015. Methods K-B method recommended by Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute was used to test the drug susceptibility of the diarrhoeagenic E. coli strains. PFGE was performed according to the PulseNet protocol. Results According to the drug susceptibility test results,the diarrhoeagenic E. coli strains were completely sensitive to cefepime and imipenem,and the resistant rates toamikacin,tobramycin and minocycline were 94.6%,97.3% and 97.3%,respectively. Multidrug resistance was more serious,most strains were resistant to 2-7 kinds of antibiotics. 31 PFGE patterns were found in 33 diarrhoeagenic E. coli strains with the similarity coefficient of 68%-100%,and two Enterotoxigenic E.coli (ETEC) strains and two Enteropathogenic E.coli (EPEC) strains respectively belonged to the same pattern. Conclusion Multidrug resistance of diarrhoeagenic E.coli strains was serious in Changping,and the PFGE patterns were with highly polymorphism.
