浙江省金华市第六中学一起诺如病毒急性胃肠炎暴发疫情的调查

Investigation of an acute gastroenteritis outbreak caused by norovirus in a middle school in Jinhua of Zhejiang province

摘要: 2015年1月14日，浙江省金华市第六中学发生一起诺如病毒（GⅡ型）急性胃肠炎暴发疫情，发病79例，罹患率4.55%。发病厨工未及时调离岗位导致食物、餐具污染，是疫情发生的主要原因，提示应重视食堂员工的健康监测。

Abstract: On 14 January 2015, an acute gastroenteritis outbreak occurred in a middle school in Jinhua of Zhejiang province. A total of 79 cases were reported and the attack rate was 4.55%.Hygiene investigation found that a canteen staff, who continued to workafter onset, was the infection source, resulting in food or tableware contamination and finally causing the outbreak. Therefore, it is necessary to pay high attention to health monitoring of canteen staff to prevent the outbreak.
