Suggestion on improvement of surveillance technique for chronic diseases and related risk factors in China

摘要

摘要: 中国慢性病及其危险因素监测覆盖全国、内容丰富，是当前了解和掌握我国成年居民常见慢性病与主要行为危险因素的流行情况与变化趋势的主要数据来源。经过10年发展，中国慢性病及其危险因素监测技术日趋完善。本文从促进此项监测技术更好地发展的角度，从笔者监测工作的实践经验出发，对当前此项技术在监测样本的省级代表性、末端抽样方法、调查内容的设计、电子血压计的使用及调查对象的年龄范围等方面，阐述了具体的意见和建议。

Abstract: The chronic disease and related risk factor surveillance system in China covers the whole country, which is the powerful data source to understand the prevalence of major chronic diseases and related behavioral risk factors in adults in China. The surveillance technique has been improved greatly compared with that 10 years age. In order to further improve the surveillance technique, this paper put forward some suggestions on the sample representativeness, terminal sampling method, survey design, electronic manometer usage and subject age range in the surveillance.
