Establishment of surveillance system for serious clinical abnormal case/clustering

  • 摘要: 目的 建立基于医院电子病历的严重临床异常病例/事件监测系统。 方法 选择试点医疗机构,采集其电子病历中满足监测病例定义条件的信息,实现监测数据每日自动采集和传输,形成监测数据库。对数据进行分析,实现早期发现和预警。 结果 实现严重临床异常病例数据从医院端到国家数据库的传输。 结论 建立严重临床异常病例/事件监测系统可行且运行顺利,为提高新发、不明原因疾病发现能力提供了公共卫生技术保障。

     

    Abstract: Objective To establish a surveillance system for serious clinical abnormal case/clustering based on hospital information system. Methods Based on the hospital information system, the daily related data in hospitals were collected automatically and then transmitted to the surveillance database for analysis and early detection/warning. Results The data of serious clinical abnormal case/clustering were successfully transmitted from hospitals to national database. Conclusion The operation of the surveillance system for serious clinical abnormal case/clustering is well in Shanghai, which would facilitate the detection of emerging diseases or diseases with unknown origins.
