2008-2013年青海省海西州鼠疫病原监测分析

Etiological surveillance for plague in Haixi prefecture, Qinghai, 2008-2013

  • 摘要: 目的 分析青海省海西州动物鼠疫流行态势,为鼠疫防治提供科学依据。方法 利用鼠疫血清学和细菌学检测方法对2008-2013年海西州鼠疫病原监测中的可检材料进行检验,对其结果进行流行病学分析。结果 2008-2013年,用细菌学方法检测动物脏器3969份,媒介蚤526匹,分离出鼠疫菌23株;用血清学方法检测动物血清及脏器材料7285份,获得阳性结果51份。结论 近年来海西州部分地区动物鼠疫流行持续存在,且流行强度大、范围广,应加大动物鼠疫监测力度,严防鼠疫波及人间。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of plague in Haixi prefecture of Qinghai province during 2008-2013, and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of plague. Methods Bacteriological and serological detections were conducted by using the samples collected in plague surveillance in Haixi during 2008-2013, and the epidemiological characteristics of plague was analyzed. Results A total of 23 plague bacillus strains were isolated from 3969 animal specimens and 526 insect vectors, and 51 F1 antibody positive serum samples were detected from 7285 specimens. Conclusion Plague is still a serious public health problem in Haixi. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance for plague in animals to prevent human plague.
